To upload your web site you need an FTP client like FileZilla, FireFTP, or you can also use the File manager in cPanel. There are several other free versions of FTP upload managers. Your files must be uploaded in the public_html directory of your account.  If you would like a page to appear as your initial home page, you will need to name the page index.  (Example: index.html, index.htm)
